BMW Veteran Tasked With Making Hyundai Models Handle As Good As German M Car Counterparts

Well, this makes a fella go Hmmm: Hyundai has hired the chief engineer from of BMW's legendary M Sport performance cars to make its vehicles more sporty and responsive.

If Hyundai and Kia get as serious about performance as they were about becoming leaders in fuel economy and styling, the rest of the auto industry had better watch out.

Thirty-year BMW veteran Albert Biermann recently assumed the new position of Hyundai Motor Group head of vehicle test and high-performance development. I assume it's a new position, anyway. With as nicely turned out as the Genesis is, it follows that sport in the next bogey. A friend has a last generation R Spec and the car is a hoot. It's not BMWtastic, but the current Genesis could be quite easily.

Yup, gotta hire another white guy to get the job done :) Why doesn't the Korean government just offer up a trillion big ones and buy BMW and rename it KMW?

Or maybe Merkedes or Audkia?

Sorry but if I white a car built by a white guy, I'll go get the original, not some 2 generations old Asian knockoff.
