#CAS15: FIRST Real-Life Shots Of The 2016 RAM Laramie Limited — Is THIS The Luxury Pick-Up YOU'VE Been Waiting For?
I feel as though I may be beating a dead horse here, but it's something that needs to be hammered home. Pick-up trucks are selling more than ever and it's not just the basic work-style editions. We're talking about the super high-end ones selling for $50-60,000 smackers.
People want space, utility and all the tech gadgetry they can get their hands on. Simply put, they want it all.

's press release HERE!
And at the Chicago Auto Show, it seems that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' (FCA) RAM division wants to be the one giving it to them. That's because it launched the all-new RAM Laramie Limited. If you ask us, this is being aimed directly at the Ford F-150 Platinum.
Although RAM was long considered an also ran against the likes of Ford's F-Series and the Chevrolet Silverado, the company has made headway in the past two years. We like to think because its products have become MUCH more competitive. The Laramie Limited is further proof of that.
Let us know what you think about it in the comments below!

We have a fully optioned Ram that we used as the tow vehicle to transport cars. First of all it is amazing doing its truck duty, but when you're driving 5-10 hours in a vehicle, you do not emerge pummeled and drained.
I'm definitely NOT a fan of the ugly new grille.

That "dog bone" grill must have been designed by the same gang that did the RAM Promaster City (RPC). As Dan Neil stated in his WSJ 2/14/15 review of the RPC its just homely ugly. His dogs liked it! RAM designers you are going the wrong way.

All that I see, is that this truck is trying to be an Italian and fails, and trying to be an American also and fails.
At least Ford F-150 looks real nice. But this is a total fail.
