It's not every day that you run across a Ford Mustang Shelby.

It's not every day that you run across the all-new Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R that was just unveiled at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show.

It's not every day that you run across an all-new product that was just unveiled in Phoenix.

We assume it was in the neighborhood doing some extreme heat testing in the region because where else are you going to torture an all-new product aside from Death Valley?

As you see in these spy shots sent to us by Fred Khaz — thank you, Fred's friend in Phoenix — this is unmistakably the GT350R. While it may not be sporting the rear wing, you can tell this is the real deal thanks to the front/rear valence, exhaust and slit in the front fender. Oh, and the seats. Can't forget about the seats.
