Mercedes Teases AMG GT3 Racer - Is This A Hint For The Road Car As Well?

This is the first official image of the Mercedes-AMG GT3, which will make its debut at the Geneva motor show next month.

The new race car is the second such track-focused model to emerge from the Affalterbach-based performance arm after the SLS GT3 launched in 2010.

The new GT3 model is based on the GT road car and will inspire an ultra-high-performance version of the road car, company boss Tobias Moers has told Autocar.

The issue I have with German cars is this. Prior to and during WWII the germans used slave labor in most of its factories including car makers. One of the worst was Audi who made women give birth while working leaving the child on the floor and making the women return to work while the child died.. All of the German Auto makers committed similar or worse and to this day not one of them have publicly said sorry for these events. So why would anyone even buy one of their cars. I myself bought a merc before i conducted extensive research and will never buy a german car again.
