Purported Toyota Corolla facelift revealed in official video with redesigned front
Seen here is a screen capture from a video Toyota played at their press conference at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show las tweek. The video demonstrates Toyota’s move to offer increased safety and assistance systems on its cars. However, the animated Corolla sedan used for demo purposes features a different front end, leading us and several other publications to believe that this could be the facelift for the ASEAN and Euro-spec Corolla.

Further, last month, an image of what was reported to be the Corolla Hybrid emerged in China, showing a new front end, similar to the animated Corolla. If this is indeed the facelift planned for the sedan, designers have opted for a sober appearance with smaller headlights, a new front bumper with rectangular chrome enclosures, and a new grille which eases on the usage of chrome.

The bigger story is the advanced safety system coming to a mainstream model. Styling appears as evolution of the Auris. The look though does look upscale, and like the Camry, a dramatic mid-cycle refresh may be due in NA.
