Reports say he could get "full control" of a new show on the network.

After getting his butt kicked out of the BBC and causing the season of Top Gear to be cancelled for punching a producer, it seems Jeremy Clarkson might be getting out of time earlier than expected. Long known as the bad boy of automotive TV, Clarkson's racial slurs, homophobic statements and other debacles had been giving the BBC a major headache for some time now. But when he hit a producer on the show a few weeks back, the network had no choice but to fire the bad boy.

So Jeremy Clarkson, who would never fail to go out of his way to bash almost all things American, may actually be working for the "fat Americans"? I can only imagine how he will take every opportunity to take pot shots at the BBC now. Oh, the irony.
