#NYIAS: STUD or DUD — How Do YOU Like Mazda's All-New MX-5 IN THE FLESH?

#NYIAS: STUD or DUD — How Do YOU Like Mazda's All-New MX-5 IN THE FLESH?
If you're a fan of pure driving experiences, then you probably are already interested by the Mazda MX-5 Miata. Said to be one of the most attainable and easy-to-prepare track day cars, the MX-5 has become the go-to choice for those trying to improve their skill set or do their best Lewis Hamilton impression.

To keep things real here though, it never has struck a chord with Agent 001 or myself. There's a perfectly good explanation for this: we don't fit.

001 is 6'5 and I am 6'8. If you've ever sat in a Miata you know it's just not physically possible for guys of our stature.

But, considering we know that there's plenty of enthusiasts out there who adore small, British-inspired roadsters, we wanted to provide you with the very best images of the all-new Mazda.

That said, take a look at the all-new MX-5 at the 2015 New York Auto Show, below!

It's missing cat ears.

I am not impressed. It could have looked much, much better.

Overall, it's a nice shape. Like a mini F-type. I do not like the headlights, though. Too slim and feminine

Club Sport edition will be awesome. Compared to last generation, this is an improvement. This design language has potential, I can imagine a more butched up mid-life refresh in 3 years.

I like it. But the cupholders in my Z3 are in about the same place - impossible to use while driving.

I really have not liked the past Mazda grills that look so much like a grin. I thought their latest styling was moving away from this, but it is clearly back on this model, eyes, nose and mouth. Looks too cartoon-ish to me, though the rest of the car appears great.

The MX-5 is clearly a girl's car. That is why it is designed to look like a shoe.
