Assuming a person never texts while driving, even hands free operation of your phone is dangerous because talking on the phone diverts attention toward the conversation and away from being constantly aware of road conditions. It should be law that phones are jammed if a car is in motion. THAT simple.

So Hyundai wants to prevent you from receiving calls while driving? Asians might like to be told what to do and think but Hyundai can go F* itself if it thinks Americans are going to put up with this crap.

Can't dial 911 because somebody in Seoul thinks they know what's good for me.
My nephew needs me because its an emergency but he can't get through because Korea thinks it knows what's good for me.

Why stop there? Just disable the ignition if it senses a cell phone in the car. So what's the point of having all this phone bluetooth BS in their cars?

Patenting a stupid idea just to be the first to come out with said stupid idea.
