RENDERED SPECULATION: An Artist Takes A Crack At The Next-Gen Audi TT RS

Much like its competition, it seems that Audi cannot stop churning out hardcore, sporting variants from its product portfolio. With Mercedes-AMG extending its tentacles over just about every Mercedes product, and BMW's M GmbH division doing more or less the same thing, Audi has no choice but to play catch up.

While we've heard rumors of an RS Q7, an artist has decided to mock up what a potential Audi TT RS would look like. It doesn't seem too far out of the realm of possibility given that the four rings already produced a TT RS based on the last-gen car.

Obviously this is pure speculation as of now.

Taking what appears to be a standard TT and dialing it up to 11 via small details, it actually looks the part. Note the updated front clip, wheels, mirrors and rear spoiler. While it clearly is taking most of its creative license from what was done to the past TT RS, it still is something interesting to think about.

PhotoChoppers doing rendering speculations of "the next Audi" usually have an easy job of it -- take the current Audi, change the headlights, makes some minor cosmetic body or air-dam tweaks, and then insert your own random wheels. Presto! Rendering speculation of the upcoming Audi.

Wow look at this guy with his totally Photoshopped, highly speculative, daring and optimistic design! We like to call this "straying too far from the farm!" There's no way Audi will go with something this creative... this bold... this new! Huge design departures like this don't come along very often.

I don't think the side mirrors will have that black paint on the bottom in the production version.
