Our FAVORITE 2016 BMW 7-Series? We'll Have The M Sport, Please! REAL-LIFE Pics HERE!
The M Sport package should not be trivialized when it comes to the 2016 BMW 7-Series. As we've seen with the likes of the all-new Mercedes-Benz S-Class, many of its buyers opt for the AMG package that adds larger wheels/tires and an exterior body kit to make sure you know it isn't ordinary.

Even with the last-gen 7-Series, you'll note many consumers opted for the M Sport package as well. We don't expect that to change this go around.

**READ the 7-Series' press release HERE!

At the Munich launch of the 7'er, there were several cars on display. One was a standard wheelbase, there was a long wheelbase, an Individual model and, finally, the M Sport package. If you check out the photos below, you'll note the M Sport is differentiated by the front/rear clips, blacked out Air Curtain detail, Shadowline trim around the windows, and larger wheels/tires. We assume there will be some replaced bits on the inside, but 001 didn't snap any shots there.

IF we had to pick a favorite from the launch, it would undoubtedly be the M Sport-equipped 7-Series. What say you, Spies?

An "M" class boat? Will the wealthy 7 class owner be drag racing the owner of the Rolls Royce Wraith ?
Can you just imagine these 4 door tanks dueling it out! Ha ha haaaaa

It's an M Sport Package, not an M7. No engine difference.

It won{t matter Autospies if you put 100 post of the new 7 series, it will continue behind the S class... and Regarding the M7 ..it is a good idea to improve the image of the 7. S AMGs are great and do a lot for the brand..

I love the ignorant comments already!

We're posting so much because we were one of eight U.S. publications that were present. You will not find these photos anywhere else unless they're ours.

Agree with your remark on M-ifying the 7. But, no word on if that will become a reality…yet.

The M-Sport 7-Series sells in such small number globally that it is almost irrelevant. BMW should have focused on making the standard 7-Series a better car.

Well that comment is completely wrong for the U.S., the M-sport package is free on the 7er and the majority of late models are M-sport.

I think it's brilliant that Autospies are posting multiple articles on the same car. You get people post their comment (be it positive or negative comment on this car)on each article so Autospies increases the activity.

M7 won't be a commercial car but would help the image of the brand on , also the M version looks very attractive to me. The luxury version falls behind the S, But the beauty is in the eyes of the beholder so lets see how it sale.

BMW has really losts its knack for innovative and modern design in its vehicles. As I stated when the first pics leaked a few weeks ago, this resembles a Hyundai Equus, which the Equus isn't a bad looking vehicle, but certainly that design is not something I would expect from BMW's flagship sedan. I'm sure there will still be people out there that will buy this thing just to say they are driving a BMW.

Too bad on the new 7-Series shown here, the M-Sport package will most definitely NOT be free in the U.S. market.

The basic 7-Series is the one that BMW should have done a better job with but unfortunately did not.
