Adorable Cash Cow? Should Porsche Consider Marketing An Even Smaller Mini SUV Of Their Own?
When Porsche launched the Cayenne all those years ago, the floodgates of evolution were opened wide. Through them, the Panamera saloon and Macan baby SUV passed. Pretty soon, Stuttgart's prancing horse logo might find its way onto an electric vehicle as well.

Today, we're looking at a rendering created just for the fun of it. It's a mini SUV made by Theophilus Chin that was inspired by the Chinese clone of the Macan. A company called Zotye launched the T700, a dead ringer for the German model, made without any regard for copyright laws.

According to sources in China, the T700 only has an 180 horsepower turbo engine, an embarrassment considering the Macan pushes up to 400 hp to all its wheels.

VW group of 2014 is the GM of 1980.

Seat = Saturn
VW = Chevy
Audi = Oldsmo/Buick
Porsche = Pontiac
Bentley = Cadillac
Lambo/Bugatti = Hummer
Scania Trucks = GMC

Its only a matter of time before all VW cars are just more obviously re-badged versions of VW's

The SUV lineup is an embarrassment to the Porsche sports heritage. Sure they're sportier than most suvs but I would hardly consider them sports cars. They should stick to what they are good at instead of trying to fill every niche like BMW.
