VIDEO! Alfa Romeo Drops Two All-New Clips Featuring The Giulia — Can YOU Overlook Some Misgivings For This SOUND?
So, when Alfa Romeo debuted its all-new Giulia sedan, we're thinking one thing no one expected was such vitriol over its looks. That was actually one of the key points that we kept seeing repeated in the comments.

That seems almost sacrilegious. An Alfa Romeo should never be questioned about its design. But, this one was.

Since the vehicle's coming out party in Milan we've been eagerly awaiting more pictures, videos and information. Unfortunately not much has come about from our Italian friends.

They're probably too busy getting an espresso.

Anyway, there is some good news though. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles did decide to release two all-new video clips of the car at work and making a helluva racket. That said, give them a watch and let us know if this sweet six-cylinder's sound will have you forgetting all about the design elements you didn't like when you first saw it.

No. It's still an Alpha Romeo, with a less than stellar reputation preceding it. Same old reputation, but now with a great new sound ;-)

Yeah. I think you've voicing the opinion of many here stateside that have some concern about the upcoming Giulia.

Let's see. In fact all car manufacturers are way better than just a few years ago. I see many an Alfa on the road here and have friends that are driving Alfa. No huge difference in the real world - maybe statistical differences that would show up in JD Power surveys.

There will be people who will buy the top end car -= JUST to put it into storage - for later - because of the rarity of the "Ferrari" engines. Others will buy it as a change from the run of the mill mass produced 3-series! The question is - will those who buy it to use it be able to use it more than those who did so to park it? However - it is noted that even BMW is not as "reliable" as it once was - and at least one reviewer has suggested not to own one out of warranty.

Tom, I think you hit the nail on the head with the "Ferrari" engines reference. Anyone who buys the Giulia and puts it into storage is truly delusional about the value of the vehicle — that goes for when it's on sale and 20-30 years down the road.

There is zippo about this vehicle that will make it a classic.

The car sounds incredible. I have no doubt that when people see it in person they will be impressed.
