2016 Porsche 911 (facelift) spied undisguised
The 2016 Porsche 911 (facelift) has been spied testing in Prague, Czech Republic. The 991-generation model’s facelift’s spy shot reveals that the rear-end has been modified with a tweaked bumper, reshaped vents, restyled LED tail lights, new-style rear deck vent and dual centre-mounted tailpipes.

Not every change here is for sure going to be seen on the production version, as companies often use fake design/parts on test mules as a disguise.

Meet the new Porsche...same as the old Porsche.

That is a Porsche? Sheesh, I'm confused. I thought it was a Toyota. Did you see the exhaust? The engine cover?

Are you sure about that?

Historically, I've looked at the 911 as iconic, timeless. I must say, this rear end does not feel "right" to me. It's not ugly in any way, but as ATrain said, it reminds me of a Toyota, which isn't a good thing for Porsche.

I like the center mounted pipes, but sort of reminds me of a TT and that isn't good, but I still think it's sharp

I'm gonna reserve judgement until I see better pictures.

I wonder if it's something to do with the aspect ratio of the picture. Recent 911's have a squat, wide-body stance. This looks too narrow and vertical.
