#IAA: You've NEVER Seen An SUV's INTERIOR Look Like THIS! FIRST Real-Life, DETAILED Shots Of The Bentley Bentayga's Cabin
If you've been inside of a Land Rover Range Rover Long Wheelbase you probably thought "This is as good as it gets." Well, sort of.
That was until the Bentley Bentayga came to be.

Simply put, Bentley produces some of the world's finest interior spaces. While they may not be fitting for everyone's style, there's no question the attention to detail and quality is some of the best the automotive business sees.
And with the Bentayga, it appears the bar has been risen once again.
In the Bentayga Agent 001 photographed just look at the mix of real metal, wood and orange leather. This thing is outrageous! Given the amount of technology Bentley has packed inside, I'd say this is easily the most tech-laden B car we've ever seen. From multiple screens to an all-new Head's Up Display, the Bentayga brings the über luxury marque up to speed with what other luxury vehicles feature.
Having said all of this, what say YOU, Spies?
Are you digging this Bentley's interior?

How is orange leather tasteful? With the doors open, you can see the low rent details of the design this really is under all the flab. What a powerfully UGLY interior.

So......NO....the interior makes me nauseous and the color reminds me sweet potato fries, it's just too flashy and not very classy or timeless.

I'm not a big fan of this whole package - seems to be lacking taste. There seems to be a dissonance between all the luxury that's just ladled on like too much gravy on mashed potatoes, and the intended market of the vehicle.
Case in point - there is a promo video on Bentley's website that shows a sea-plane coming in for a landing in a remote wildnerness area; then it shows a 50 yr old dad driving a Bentayga thru the woods to meet the plane. The plane lands on a remote lake and a pretty 35-yr old woman gets off; then it cuts to the inside of the Bentley where two young kids (8 and 6 yrs old maybe) scamper out, climbing around the silly middle console of the Bentley. Its pretty clear watching this video that there is a big disconnect between families and the Bentayga - this is clearly not a family vehicle.
I've never understood the use of those huge wood veneer rear consoles that split the rear compartment in two - just take up space, create claustrophobic conditions, and eliminate a passenger seat.
I'll be very curious about how many of these get purchased - its fancy but I think it has missed the mark.

I think it's a beautiful interior, but that name is just so awkward.

It is a show car so the color is supposed to stand out. Nobody will buy the "Miami Blue" Porsche 911 either, but it pops at an auto show booth.
Sadly however, where I live in Orange County, every shopping mall will be loaded with these things in no time as the new money crowd goes crazy. Those with taste will stick with a Range Rover in my opinion.

Just reminds me of a fancier Touareg or Cayenne. Nothing ground breaking here. Except maybe the Bentley price tag.

I just can't get with the flow of the dashboard--in my opinion,
the layout is just not not modern or fluent at all
