CAR WARS! WHICH All-New SUV Will Be The 2016 MUST Have For The "It" Crowd? Bentley Bentayga or Tesla Model X?

Agent 001 and I have been chewing on this for at least a couple days now. While he was at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA) to experience the all-new Bentley Bentayga, I had to enjoy it as best I could via his pictures. Sad face.

As of now we know the company moved all of its 3,500 allocated units for 2016, but is the flying "B" going to continue to grow the Bentayga's volume after its inaugural model year? Time will tell.

2015 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA)

Tesla's Model X, on the other hand, did not make a Frankfurt appearance. Remember, this is the brand that doesn't believe in auto shows. What we do know is that regardless of the launch model's heftier-than-expected price, consumer fever is as strong as ever. People want that massive screen AND Falcon doors!

This got the Agents thinking: WHICH all-new sport-utility vehicle will be the one the "it" crowd has to put in its driveway?

You know the types. These are the perfectly made up beautiful people living in SoCal, NoCal and New York. Their primary function in life is to be an early adopter to any "innovative" trend and to be seated in the front row at the couture fashion show. 

What say you, Spies? Which model is it going to be?

Both will sell out. But they are two completely different cars. That's like comparing a Mazda CX-7 to a Porsche Cayenne. Personally, I think they'll both be overhyped, yet for someone that can afford to live WAY beyond their means, both of them fit the bill.

They're at opposite ends of the spectrum. The Bentley is all about excess. The Telsa more about upscale eco-consciousness. It will all depend on the celebs and wealthy folk who buy.

Different ends of the spectrum. Bentayga is for rich people who value customization and and exclusivity. Model X is for new rich people who still work and who have that whole eco friendly thing that goes on. Totally different markets.
