Refreshed VW Touareg Pictures Released

Here is a picture of the refreshed VW Touareg. It obviously gets the corporate chrome front that is accented with new headlights. The interior is also said to be changed, but there are no pictures of it. Do you like the refresh?

I seriously HATE that Dammed Throme Teeth that VW seem Hell Bent on Forcing into all their Vehicles

Started with the Golf R32 (Put some Potential Buyers Off including myself)
Then On to the Passat (Definately put some buyers Off)
Now The Touareg (Was only interested in the V10 diesel or W12 petrol but - would never drive anything with that Chrome tooth)

On another Touareg note:
Today I did see a Touareg with an interesting BodyKit that included the Rear Mounted Spare Tyre, Im sure it is a VW option but what i want to know is if it is available to UK buyers or is it available only in Europe and or USA ??

No wonder people keep saying that "Audi's are rebadged VW's": the VW grilles are looking more and more like Audi grilles. :(

I do like this refresh. The new headlight design does look sporty and the chrome grille (despite reminding of Audi) does look pretty good on the Touareg.

I think it looks very nice, but VW copied the Audi grille right after they designed it! And they have DIFFERENT designers! The head of Audi design is Walter D'Silva (he also designs for Audi-owned SEAT and Lamborghini), and I know the VW branch doesn't use him!

And they're putting MORE chrome on it!!! Where's the Audi luxury image here? Besides the extra seats, the Touareg and Q7 are about the same in luxury (though the Q7 is more up-to-date features-wise), and adding chrome is just worse for the Q7. But I know the Q7 will still sell better, of course. If the XC90 is any indication, a nice seven-seat SUV is enough to sway badge snobs.

I don't like the big honkin chrome grilles on the vw's or the audis for that matter. I think the old audi front end was soo much nicer. It looks extremely bogus on the Taureg too.

Looks alot better. But not so sure about the grill.
