Move Over BMW: Hyundai Targeting Affordable High Performance Track Capable Cars With New
Cars developed for Hyundai’s new performance N division will be “track-day-capable”, according to Albert Biermann, head of the firm’s vehicle testing and high-performance development.

Biermann said the cars he and his team were developing would benefit from significant engineering improvements, such as better engine and brake cooling, and much ?greater durability for suspension components.

“We want these N cars to be affordable high-performance,” he revealed. “It will be the wild end of the brand. We will develop a handful of models over the next five years.”

They need to re-aim the Genesis coupe at the Mustang/Camaro segment for one. For two they need a "GTI" and a "GLI". An Elantra WRX would be delicious as would a sedan smaller than the Genesis with a V8.

Nice pics...if it can perform and compete why not. Competition is always good. Only brand i wouldn't buy is GM , BMW, AUDI, VW...these companies first builds POS! and GM engineers the best death traps in the world! plus the Cadi designs are boring..CTS reminds me of a card board coffin box.
