UAW Pulls Negotiators From Bargaining Table And Issues Strike Authorization For Chrysler Workers

The UAW has notified Fiat Chrysler that it will cancel the labor contract extensions under which 40,000 unionized workers have been working since Sept. 14 and could go on strike.

Automotive News first learned of the notices from a worker in a key FCA plant in north central Indiana, which posted the notification letter from the union to the company this morning.
