STUD OR DUD? 2017 Audi TT RS Undergoing Performance Testing At Nürburgring.

At a first glance this might look like a normal black TTS Coupe, but in reality hiding underneath the familiar skin is actually the range-topping RS version set to come out in the second half of next year as a 2017MY. If you look closely, it sits lower and has a different exhaust system that we normally see only on test mules while the soundtrack clearly comes from Audi's well-known 5-cylinder, 2.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine.

Total dud. It's a shame because it appears that Audi has greatly improved the driving experience. But when you wrap new news in an old newspaper no one cares.

The TT DOES NOT SELL because it is a GTI for 2x the price. The TT needs to die. Audi BOTCHED the formula with thw 2nd TT. They need to replace it with a front-engined, rear-wheel-drive GT for $35K that could be a Porsche 944 for $40K.

the performance will be amazing. with the right trim and wheels, itll look nice, but could have been much better.
