SPIED: Audi's All-New A5 And S5 Step Out AGAIN — NEW Pics Showing The Outside And INSIDE
Years ago when Audi was on a hot streak and interest in the marque was running high, one of the causes for that boost was the A5 and S5 coupes. Equipped with great technology and, frankly, timeless design, the Audi coupes were the object of affection for many seeking something other than a 3-Series coupe.

Obviously though the A5/S5 have aged quite a bit recently. With the all-new BMW 4-Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe on the way, the four rings needs to act fast. This is where the second-gen product comes into play.

Although we've spotted it a couple times as is, it's been buttoned up pretty tight. From what we can tell on the outside, expect it to follow the A4's design and feature a three-dimensional, angular front grille. Around the back expect some edgy taillights and a Bentley Continental GT-like rear LED light along the top of the roof.

Where the real story is though is inside. I think I speak for others when I say I would have liked to see some more product differentiation between the A5/S5 and its sibling, the A4, but it appears that's not the case. Audi engineers were caught driving completely uncamouflaged interiors and although they try to obscure the pictures with their hand, it clearly isn't enough to cloak what's going on here.

Expects its infotainment system driven by MMI to be shared with the all-new Q7 sport-utility vehicle and, of course, the A4.


...Despite being wrapped in heavy camouflage, these spy pictures show the next-generation A5 coupé will adopt new front and rear styling, possibly incorporating design cues from this year’s all-new Audi A4 saloon.

It has a more aggressive front grille and bumper, with sweeping headlights and sportier air intakes. An integrated spoiler is apparent at the rear, while it sits wider and lower to the road. So Audi's designer has the easiest job on earth, it's like they ask him to pick one panel of the car to mildly change to the point it takes a magnifying glass to see any difference and they just run with it
