Porsche Officially Blames Fast And Furious Actor Paul Walker For His Own Death

Almost two years after Paul Walker was killed in a car accident, his daughter Meadow filed a death lawsuit alleging that Porsche failed to install necessary safety features in the car. But now, in less than two months, the automobile company has responded to this claim by blaming Paul Walker for his own death.

Walker died in a car accident halfway through the filming of "Fast & Furious 7". His death came as a shock to many of his fans, who were accustomed to seeing the actor drive high-powered cars in all the six previous "Fast & Furious" films.

No way even Paul Walker would be blaming Porsche for this tragedy. Meadow is being influenced by money-hungry lawyers who are now trying to leverage public sympathy and emotion for a different decision.

Reading the text in quotes in the article isn't quite leading up to the title of the article. If I may:

"Paul knowingly and voluntarily assumed all risk, perils and danger in respect to the use of the subject 2005 Carrera GT."

It doesn't say he caused the accident. In fact, he wan't driving. What it does say is that he understood the limitations of the car from a safety standpoint. A big difference. All they are doing is responding to the accusation.
