Tis The Season! Which Vehicle Would YOU Gift, If You Were Giving A Special Someone A Car For Christmas?
You know, I have to say it's been a while since I've seen one of those Lexus commercials that features one of the L brands' all-new vehicles with a big red bow on it being gifted. How can it be Christmas without the "December to Remember" event?

Maybe I haven't been watching enough TV?

Anyway, that's not important. What is important are the people surrounding you that will be receiving a gift from you this year. Having said that, we were curious about one thing:

IF you were giving a special someone a vehicle for this year's Christmas, WHICH all-new ride would it be and why?

Let us know what automobile you'd gift in the comments, below!

I'd just give them the money, and let them decide exactly what *THEY* want.

Indeed. I absolutely agree. Buying a vehicle for a teenager I get. Buying a vehicle for a spouse and a surprise I don't get.

YET we are making surprise deliveries of vehicles tonight that were purchased--usually for the wifey.

I suppose it's OK if you know what the wifey wants. Mine wants a black on black Escalade ESV with all the trimmings. (1) that a $100K vehicle and (2) every one like that in the manifest is sold, so getting her a lesser one would not be a good move.

WAIT WAIT WAIT, Mdarringer???? Your wife wants a Black on Black Escalade????? Yet you are the first one to comment on rappers, Ball players, and any sedan with a 6 figure price tag usually calling it "ghetto"????

Hahaha, have you examined your own wife's taste lately?

Mind blown

Well, if the wife wants something big and black... just be glad it's an Escalade I guess.

"Gift" is a noun turned into a verb and when people use it as a verb they sound like they needed to continue past 6th grade.

The problem with a gift that large is that - for a person who had lots of kids - and Foster kids - and has lots of Grandchildren - I simply do not have enough money to give equal gifts to cars. I prefer the gift of education to a car - although I still often look back to putting together cars for each of my own children - remembering a simpler time. While the level for cars in this site is mostly in the upper or super car category - I doubt that many here can afford to give super cars to their children. Still- my Daughter had quads this past summer - and WE gave her a Honda Mini Van - appropriate.

I get it but money not as much fun as handing someone you love keys and seeing their face then and again when they get to driveway...priceless! Would pick one based on age and need. For my grandson soon to get his license a Jeep Renegade which fits his life style...hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc.

I would gift the new Prius so that I could watch them try to act like they're thrilled to receive the ugliest car on the planet. Any new spindle-mouth Lexus would work, too.

New white Lexus RX is the dream car, I know that... though she doesn't like the predator grille much. She probably wouldn't say no to a white Macan Turbo. But that's if I had pro athlete money. She is pretty happy with her 2015 Forester.

Interesting how many women want a Lexus, honestly. I think maybe the name somehow sounds appealing to women. I mean of course they're good cars.. but
