Buick GNX Successor to Come with Hybrid Twin-Turbo V6
The Buick GNX has been known as a muscle car known to kill every other muscle car of its heyday. Like the old GNX, the new one will use a turbo V6, or at least a twin-turbo V6 equipped to a 7-speed dual- or 8-speed single-clutch transmission. It will have more power and torque than the Porsche 918 Spyder, the McLaren P1, and the Ferrari F150 (LaFerrari).

It's just a JOKE. I was the kid who made this "new" GNX. It's just an idea of mine being a mid-engine, $295-300k Ferrari 488 GTB rival from Buick after the original one (being front-engine and only $29.3k) was actually beating a lot of (not just muscle, but many, many) exotic cars, too, including the Ferrari Testarossa and most Lamborghini Countachs (not the LP5000 QV), which were rated at much higher power while even weighing less! I thought of a TT V6 engine instead of a ST because I would love to modify the engine based on the Cadillac ATS-V. My main idea: make it a FLAT-PLANE-CRANK HYBRID.

I don't see why they couldn't resurrect the GNX. Look at Nissan. Their entire lineup is vanilla, but then you have the GTR.

I owned a 1970 Buick GS Stage 1. In most respects it looked like a normal Skylark, but baby, it didn't run like one! 12 second quarter miles, and a nice cruiser as well. Of course, it only got 10 MPG, but hey, premium gas only cost about 40 cents a gallon then!

Buick has done it in the past, both my GS and the later GNX, so I wouldn't count them out on the possibility.
