Happy New Year! A Word To The Wise, Spies...
Although the ball has yet to drop in New York City's Time Square, we are well aware that the rest of folks on this beautiful rock have started to ring in 2016 in a big way. But, before we break out the champagne, confetti, noisemakers and whatever else you may need on this holiday, keep one thing in mind.

Be careful on the roads tonight and into tomorrow.

January 1 typically yields a significant spike in drunk driving deaths according to the latest emerging datasets compiled by both the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

So whether you're having a glass of bubbly tonight or will be walking, be alert and aware of your surroundings. Be safe out there, Spies!

And, have a happy, healthy start to the New Year!

Let's make this one count, folks!

Happy New Year!

I am always in for the night on New Year's. Not much of a party animal.

The Mrs., kids, and I did New Year's eve with our favorite Mormons. I'm blasting Led Zeppelin in my ears. She's on her ipad buying shit. I'm hassling vintage car prices. Yeah, yeah, yeah and all that.

:)

Split a bottle of Prosecco sparkling wine, tried watching The Martian, knocked out by 8:45p. Such is life with a 16 month old.

Not too surprised someone destroyed my front door with a slice of pizza, noticed when I went to take my son for his morning walk.

Happy New Years

My rats are at the grandparents' house ostensibly so the wife and I could have quality time.

We've resolved NOT to get pregnant in 2016. LOL

We actually laughed at how "old" we felt. Our Mormon friends ring in the New Year with New York and the dinner party is over. The Mrs. and I were glad to be home before the alcoholics were on the road. Yeah we were up, but both of us were in sweats--very sexy...NOT. I was going to take a morning blast but it's too cold to stir. I live on a river and next to the river is what looks like a freeway that ends in a park. I've been known to blast down the road and then go drifting in the park in the wee hours of the morning. Damn, I'm getting old.

My wife has already made the request for 2016 that we have one more child. All we have right now is my son. We're just getting settled back in the U.S. from Europe and Canada after the past few years.

Between the moving and keeping up with my son, I'm wiped. I quit virtually every fun thing in life, and now focus on day trading and my construction job.

I'm looking forward to the next project in a few months. We'll be living high on the hog around the Florida springs in the North West on the State. But, my only really passion I look forward to is car shopping for the next "beast" in my armory. I would love to put a Porsche Cayenne GTS in my stable for 2016 with the possibility of rekindling my love affair with the BMW 8 Series, namely a 1994 BMW 850 CSI.

I need a good reason to go visit the wife's sister in LA, that way I can meet up with the BMW 8 Series guys in the local area.
