#NAIAS: SPIED + VIDEO — Yet Another All-New Clip Of The Next-Gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Not Much Left Hiding
We're still a couple weeks off from when Mercedes-Benz will pull the sheets back on the all-new Mercedes E-Class sedan. As I've continuously noted for months now, the all-new E is expected to cause waves in the industry.

Let's face it: Mercedes-Benz is likely to knock this out of the park as it's done over and over again with its latest products.

Though I just posted a story showing an official Mercedes-Benz-issued sketch of the all-new E, I think we all know they can be a bit distorted with their massive wheels and out of proportion front grille. Rather than rely on that to guide you, I figured I'd share this all-new video that features one of the original, 1,200 E-Class prototypes.

Check 'er out in her full glory, below! Not much is left to hide...

Original Mercedes E-Class (W213) Prototype "GD-VD 1161" of the official trailer / clip "The development of the E-Class -Masterpiece of Intelligence" (December 2015) spotted. One of 1.200 (!) E-Class prototypes. Look the trailer at 0:57: Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9b9Dm...

Here we go again with the breathless cheerleading. The new E Class was accurately predicted by Photoshop a long time ago and the spy shots confirm that. There is nothing to reveal.

The E Class will be best in class but that's hardly an accomplishment given the competition: Jaguar XF (looks like a cheap hatchback), A6 (Camry dull), 5 Series (styling straight out of model year 2000), Lexus GS (SciFi), RLX (everyone knows it's just a slightly enlarged Accord for double the price), CTS (excellent car but played out styling), Infiniti QRXZ7000 (no one even knows it exists), and the Genesis (great car but the snobs won't give it the time of day).

Despite being an apples to oranges comparison, if Lincoln delivers on the stylistic promise of the Continental concept, Lincoln could be a major player in the price range by not targeting the Germans at all. It's definitely more captivating to look at than the E Class's competitors.
