Nissan Considering Bringing Brazilian Kicks Crossover To US Market
Nissan is very seriously studying bringing its new Brazil-market Kicks CUV to the U.S., a top Nissan North America official tells WardsAuto.

“Certainly we see the opportunity for more mainstream (small) crossovers that are less niche, and we see Honda and others in that space and are taking it very seriously,” Michael Bunce, NNA’s new vice president-product planning, says in an interview here last week.

Bunce says the Kicks likely would be less powerful but more affordable than the current Juke B-CUV, known for its quirky looks and direct-injected and turbocharged 188-hp 1.6L 4-cyl. The Juke begins at $20,250 for a ’16 S grade and hits $25,240 for a ’16 SL.

Of course they want to bring it over. SUVs are the only things that seem to sell these days.

It's a lot nicer looking than the Puke.
