Disgraced Takata Calls Meeting Of Japanese Automakers To Gauge Possible Financial Bailout
Takata Corp. plans to detail its business outlook to major customers at a meeting this week and to gauge how receptive they will be to extending financial aid, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Takata wants to hold the meeting to dispel rumors and gauge the reaction of automakers to the possibility that it will ask for financial support, according to the person, who asked not to be identified because the information isn't public.

Honda and Nissan both said they received invitations to a meeting with Takata on Friday, without giving more details.

Bailout = Reward for driving a business into the ground.

Giga enterprises are privy to them. Small and mid-size companies, and private citizens like you and are, aren't. We're the ones that pay for them. Governments are indeed taking from the lower and middle classes (the relatively poor) and giving to the rich, those being the presidents and executives of those giga corporations, who earn multi-billion dollar salaries plus bonuses. GM and Chrysler (2x) are good examples in the US.

As you might tell, I'm not in favor of them.

A better investment might be in Takada's competitors to help insure they can cover the industry's requirements. Unless Takada has something unique that the others cannot provide it is time to let it swing in the breeze. Tootles Takada.
