WHICH Vehicles Are The PERFECT Descriptors For Tonight's Iowa Caucus Winners? Clinton, Sanders, Cruz, Trump?
It was only weeks ago that Jerry Seinfeld's hit web-based television series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, made its all-new season premiere. It was a big deal, not only because it was back for another round of interesting interviews but mainly because the first episode featured President Barack Obama.

Seinfeld is known for ensuring the vehicle he takes his guest out in reflects the personality of said individual. For President Obama, Seinfeld picked a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette split window.

This got us thinking.

Tonight was a historic night as it was the Iowa caucuses. It shouldn't come as much of a surprise that for the Democratic party the two leaders were Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. On the right side of the spectrum the leaders were Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.

Having said that, we are a bit curious. IF you were selecting a vehicle to PERFECTLY describe each candidate, WHICH automobile would YOU select?

For example, if I were picking a car that spoke to Chris Christie, I'd probably pick a 1984 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. That's because it's big, unreliable, out of style, sloppy and definitely will not win in a race.

So, what say you, Spies? What car would you match to Clinton, Sanders, Cruz and Trump?

For Trump it has to be Herbie: old, white clown with fascist ideals and a trashy girl in the trunk

Take a quick lesson: The only official definition of Fascism comes from Benito Mussolini, the founder of fascism, in which he outlines three principles of a fascist philosophy.
1."Everything in the state". The Government is supreme and the country is all-encompasing, and all within it must conform to the ruling body, often a dictator.
2."Nothing outside the state". The country must grow and the implied goal of any fascist nation is to rule the world, and have every human submit to the government.
3."Nothing against the state". Any type of questioning the government is not to be tolerated. If you do not see things our way, you are wrong. If you do not agree with the government, you cannot be allowed to live and taint the minds of the rest of the good citizens.
The use of militarism was implied only as a means to accomplish one of the three above principles, mainly to keep the people and rest of the world in line. Fascist countries are known for their harmony and lack of internal strife. There are no conflicting parties or elections in fascist countries.

A friend of mine sent these...

Bernie: 1986 volvo 240 wagon in Swedish Sky Blue
Cruz: (Chrysler Town and Country (Made in Kitchener, Ontario)
Rubio: A Chevy Nova. Nova in Spanish means "No Go"
Hillary: 2014 VW Passat TDI sedan. Recalled due to emissions issues. Or is it a Subaru Tribeca.
The Donald: A 1985 pastel colored cadillac fleetwood with color-shifting paint.

Brilliant!

Bernie: GM Diesel powered car from the 80's. Pathetic in everyway but thinks its better than everyone else. Wants everyone else to think its good, but sux. Thinks it rules and has better ideas but is crap.
Cruz: Black 65 Lincoln Sedan, elegant, competent, sophisticated, "real" and genuine.
Rubio: Current Ford Explorer, competent, solid, good performer and uses what it has to the best of its ability. Solid competitor.
Hillary: 1982 Cimarron. Screams I'm really good, but is inadequate a poser in everyway. Zero accomplishments, zero credibility, zero character and zero integrity. Even brand new they had overheating problems so: bad health but lies about that as well. Also has the Cobalt ignition switch that gets people killed, but blames everyone else and accepts zero responsibility for incompetence.
Trump: Cadillac Ciel because he has it all and has earned it all, and owns the wind to blow in his special doo! (you gotta feel sorry for pathetic jerks that throw around "fascist" with no idea what that means.)

A wise man once said that he who speaks volumes says nothing. The only pathetic thing here is your endless rant about a click-bait subject that makes you feel as a serious analyst. And I know perfectly well what fascist means...

You are obviously biased towards Trump, and as long as this is a free country you have the right to be so. Yet the article is about matching candidates with cars, not a poll about who is the most fascist, so I really won't discuss Clinton nor Sanders.

Actually no, I'm not biased towards T, but I just love how some throw terms around like "white clown" and "fascist" into a question about cars. Pretty sure a lot of white clowns like him helped build this nation. Very sure if one identified someone like that but substituted "Hispanic" some would throw the racist card on the table. Fascist is just stupid and an emotional comment. Both Mrs. Clinton and Socialist Bern, are nearly there and if they were free to do anything, would totally be there. My comments were completely about the article except the jab at you for your wandering into the "white clown" and "Fascist" comments... so, pretty sure you're the source not me.

Too bad to see the public education system has let you down in history (not knowing how hispanics also contributed to build this nation), in grammar as you obviously cannot go beyond a sentence without losing sintax, and in art, apparently, because "white" and "hispanic" are not interchangeable terms (colors or national origins??). And for the second time, hoping this time you get it through your thick skull, the article is about WHICH cars relate to politicans.... not about the cars themselves. Search online for reading comprehension courses, you need them badly!

Democrats:

Bernie: Lyft

Hillary: New VW Passat or Jetta: bland styling, average performance and trading on the style and cachet of previous models with questionable reliability

Republicans are all Chrysler K car variants:

Cruz: Used Postal K-car that has been modified with chrome pieces, a horrible tint, curb feelers and a fake bumper mounted spare

Trump: Chrysler TC
