#GIMS: LEAKED!? Did The All-New Aston Martin DB11 Just Get Its Cover COMPLETELY Blown?
If you follow what I write then you should know by now that I am a pretty big fan of Aston Martin. A wailing V12 makes me weak in the knees.

But times are changing at the legendary British marque. While it used to be independent and receive capital infusions via investors and various sovereign wealth funds, the company has partnered up with Mercedes-AMG.

Though we were skeptical initially, it may be much better in the long road.

That's because from what we know, the all-new DB11 will be equipped with a 5.2-liter V12 that's been twin-turbo'd. In addition, the latest spy shots make it very clear that this Aston will benefit from a Mercedes steering rack — maybe that's not so good — and the three-pointed star's electronics. This means the S-Class' instrument panel and COMAND system may make itself home in the all-new DB11.

We'll have to wait until the 2016 Geneva Motor Show to see the FULL details but it seems that some eager beavers have let out another image of the all-new DB11. Shot from the front 3/4 we get to see the entire front end, which includes the front grille, headlights, hood and much more.

So, what do you think, Spies?

I love Astons as well.

There are pictures of a body-wrapped prototype at a gas station that look virtually production ready which suggests the above image is highly likely to be accurate. This will be off-the-charts gorgeous.

I would LOVE to get my hands on a Taraf.

One of my elder gentleman friends has a Lagonda that over the last three years he has had a GM LS7 put under the hood, and the truly horrible instrumentation replaced. When he got it, it was in "good running condition" which meant that starting it up was a 50/50 chance and getting to your destination a crapshoot.

Now, however, it's dead reliable and FAST.

Not that impressive, honestly. It's not really a design evolution in any way. That front end looks too much like a fish.

I have to agree. It looks awful, especially compared to the rendering of what's supposed to be the back that we saw a few days ago. Here's hoping this is wrong...
