SPIED + VIDEO: Mercedes-Benz's All-New E-Class Coupe Caught On Camera And In Action

With the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class making its big-time debut at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS) the company can now focus on another all-new E-Class. That would be the coupe.

For years the E-Class Coupe has been the pick of people looking for something more mature than a 3- or 4-Series Coupe and aren't looking to break the bank with the likes of a 6-Series or CL-Class — now referred to as an S-Class Coupe. It's a middler.

Although we're pretty confident that the E-Class Coupe will boast a striking resemblance to the already launched C-Class and S-Class coupes, the three-pointed star is not taking any chances. The research and development car undergoing testing is covered head-to-toe in camouflage and even is sporting heavy cladding. Check out its hind quarters! It looks like a Bangle butt!

Hopefully we'll see the all-new E-Class Coupe debut in the next 12 months at one of the major auto shows.

Uh oh, I guess they're going to sell a lot of these then. That's way worse that the sharp look of the Genesis and Lincoln that are making MB and BMW running scared.

I believe he meant "Than" instead of "that" - ie That's way worse THAN the sharp look of the Genesis - etc.
