CONFIRMED? Bentley Boss Hints That The Bentayga MAY Get A Speed Variant
Legendary British automaker, Bentley, always has a few tricks up its sleeve. You have to remember that the company is consistently seeking out ways to expand its product portfolio with as little effort as possible while charging another arm or leg.

That's just the way of super high-end luxury market these days.

While the Bentayga already benefits from a W12 producing about 600 horsepower, Bentley's CEO told Auto Express that "...you might expect that," when it was implied that a Speed model cold be on the way.

Considering the latest and greatest Continental GT boasts a W12 good for just over 630 horsepower, we wouldn't be surprised to see that motor make an appearance alongside a slew of visual updates to the exterior and interior of the Bentayga sport-utility vehicle.

Given that Bentley moved all 3,000 units of its first year's production, we don't see why the luxury auto manufacturer wouldn't want to scale out its efforts with a saucier model.

After that? Well, word on the street suggests that a diesel, a hybrid and that a lighter V8 model could be on tap.

Agent 00r - this is not directly related - but it SHOULD apply to quite a number of Luxury SUVs.

Why don't the Premiums offer a removable foldable Tarp like covering that could be used to cover the floor and up at least some of the walls on the back interior of their SUVs for carrying cargo? I would expect they would be available not only from the OEMs - but also from aftermarket suppliers like WeatherTech - fitted to the actual dimensions and form of the vehicle.

WHen it is time to carry something home - a tarp to protect the inside of my Mini-Van is always under the seats for me - but the tarp moves around and of course is not contoured to the floor. I would think this would be something that others already would have produced.

removable, foldable tarp --> Harbor Freight Tools

I'm sure if you bought a WeatherTech fitted thing for the Audi version it would fit given that this is just lipstick on the Audi Q7/Cayenne/Toerag.

Actually - the one in my mini van is from Harbor - but I was suggestion something more fitted to the contour of the floor- the weather tech fitted thing is hard plastic - and is not something you can fold up and store under the seats (I have WeatherTech front Floor Mats - which stay in the car). I would like something that I can store in the vehicle at all times - but does not need a lot of space when it is not in use. YOu would need to store the weather tech outside the car otherwise you cannot use the seats.
