You Be The Judge: Hamilton Or Rosberg Who Is To Blame For This Spanish Grand Prix Crash?

The 2016 Spanish Grand Prix simply could not have gotten off to a worse start for Mercedes, as both of their drivers were involved in a race-ending incident after only a couple of corners.

It was shocking to see Lewis Hamilton wipe out Nico Rosberg as they were both making their approach into T4 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. However once the dust settled, Mercedes decided that nobody was to blame for what happened.

It's been reported that Rosberg did not switch into correct engine mode on the grid and is at fault.

It was a pretty good race but I see as Nico's fault.

Hamilton took a risk trying to squeeze in there, and Rosberg's squeezing him out caused the accident. IMHO. Way too aggressive driving on both parties.

Agent009: I understand your point of view...but I wouldn't hire you in my team if you are not that kind of driver....I think is Nico's Fault but also he did the right thing to do to protect his position and Hamilton did the right thing fighting the for the position. Great race, but as a fan of MB I feel very upset with with the other Teams, If only MB is wining the races, seems to me that they should put more resources and heart in what they are doing because the same rules that MB use win are the same rules they have to use to win.

Its a racing incident. Hamilton was aggressive, Nico was in the wrong mode. Also Nico didn't leave him a car width which Hamilton was arguably entitled to. At the end, Hamilton left the track to avoid the crash but once on the grass he had no control anymore and the car hit Nico (not hamilton).

So its a racing incident.
