BBC's New Top Gear Stinks And Now History Channel Adds Insult To Injury By Axing Top Gear USA Version
Top Gear USA, the History Channel's version of the long-running BBC automotive show, has been cancelled. Co-host Rutledge Wood announced in posts on Facebook and Instagram on Sunday night that the episode set to run on June 28th will be the last to air on the History Channel.

I never liked the US version, except for Tanner and I've quit watching the new BBC version after less than one show. Bring on the new old version...

Top Gear America gets a bad rap. I rather enjoyed it. I have it on my dvr and usually watch it the week of. The problem for me is more the network than the show. It's hidden on this history channel and they change the dates and times. The BBC's new Top Gear really sucks!

A rare moment of agreement. I hated Top Gear America because it was pathetic compared to Clarkson, Hammond, and May, but compared to the Chris Evans' Top Gear, Top Gear America is actually quite amusing and well done. Why it's on the History Channel is beyond me. If it were on a regular network, it would probably do quite well.
