2018 Honda CR-Z

2018 Honda CR-Z
When it first appeared on the market, the CR-Z was a light sports car derived from the base Civic. While the chassis was similar, the car featured more powerful engines and a much more aggressive look. The current generation of the car is a lot more different than that. It still uses the same platform as the Civic but it is now available with a hybrid powertrain which is average at best meaning that many people preferred to ignore this model altogether.

Too many conflicted lines. Honda tries to included too many style elements into one little car resulting in a confused mess.

I think that looks great, especially compared to the old one which was horrible!
Honda is finally starting to make cars good looking again.

Is this a real concept or a rendering?

Getting a Saturn-like vibe from it, not a good thing

I sincerely hope it looks nothing like that. The character lines are bold-faced stupid looking. The curvy nose meets styled-by-ruler mid section is discordant. Beak? Big mouth? Massive, non-functional air intakes?

The import tuner ricer boys will love it.

Phew. That was close. I was afraid we were going to get through an entire comment section without MDarringer making an ignorant, homophobic or racist comment.

Yes, I know. Really MDarringer is a well educated, well adjusted adult who holds reasonable views about a variety of issues, but in order to make an extra $42 a week he posts insipid crap on the internet all day long.

You gotta make money to buy TVRs somehow.

If you're paying that much money for a kit car, than you are a bigger idiot than I thought. Poor reliability, poor performance, poor build quality, poor safety, poor after purchase support - - - all of twice the price of a Corvette. Never mind, you can afford anything more expense than a base Mustang, just keep masturbating so something you will never own.
