'MURICA! Which THREE Vintage American Rides And Which THREE Modern American Vehicles Do YOU Love?
As today's arguably the biggest day to celebrate the US-of-A, the Agents were thinking. And, boy, we thought hard.

If you're like us, you probably find yourself surrounded by fellow enthusiasts and chatting about cars far too often. Of course, there's the inevitable questions, like "What would your fleet look like, money no object," and "What's the best sports car for under $100k."

Because we're feeling especially patriotic today though we're a wee bit curious as to what AMERICAN cars are your favorites. Agent 001 and I have thought about this from two perspectives:

1) Which are your top three VINTAGE American vehicles?

2) Which are your top three MODERN American vehicles?

Anything's game, boys and girls.

Let us know which six American products are giving you butterflies!

MD: I thought that the 1967 Shelby Mustangs were more collectable then the 1968s ..... and what about the 63 Vette split window?

It's all relative. The 68 was when the KR was initially available and there are a few tweaks the 68 has that the 67 doesn't. It comes down NOT to which one to buy, but which one is available to buy.

REALITY: Get a Mustang fastback and make a fake KR and drive the living crap out if it.

PS as for the 63 Corvette split window, try to find one. I love it of course, but I love the "last year" of the Sting Ray with the brutal 427 and some of the chassis upgrades that Chevy did in anticipation of the 68 which was evolved from the 63-67 rather than a clean sheet design.

The 67 was an anomaly. The "mako" Corvette was supposed to debut in 67, but was not quite ready so the old Corvette was produced another year, BUT some of the components for the new Corvette were available from suppliers so they were a running modification.

1963 Lincoln Continental - too cool cruiser
1969 Z/28 RS - love the styling and that it looks so light and agile
1971 Boss 351 - not sure why I like the 71 Boss so much...that Cleveland based 351 was a great engine though

2016 GT350 - also looks light and agile compared to it's peers and even cars like the M4
Cadillac CTS-V - fast, fun and good DRL implementation
Focus RS - can we include this as American??? Anyways a powerful addition to this segment.
