Helsinki Wants To Ban All Privately Owned Vehicles By 2025
Helsinki’s authorities are working on a highly ambitious plan focused on a forward-thinking public transportation system, aimed at making prospective car buyers reconsider their need of owning a car.

There are increasingly more cities around the world looking for viable solutions to clear the air, to take dirty cars off their roads and to find ways to encourage buyers to go green. However, the most idealistic plan, which now seems impossible to hit, is to just remove from the streets all the privately owned vehicles.

Unless you live there, or derive most of your primary source of revenue from selling or maintaining vehicles there, You have no reason to complain.

Times are changing and a populace has every expectation to govern itself based on the its needs, not yours.

@ MorePower - I suspect you have no use for our Constitution with it's Bill of Rights guaranteeing freedom and rights for individuals. If you think the State should dictate whether we can own cars (or anything else), maybe you should consider moving to Helsinki. Free men are free and socialists are subjects. Shouldn't be a difficult choice.
