Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo To Debut At Paris Motor Show

We heard reports that it was coming and now official confirmation has been given that the latest-generation Porsche Panamera will receive a variant dubbed the Sport Turismo, set to debut at the Paris Motor Show.

This new body style will essentially make the Panamera a Shooting Brake, with the roofline expected to be lengthened and a different rear window implemented. As the name suggests, the model will essentially be a road-going version of the Panamera Sport Turismo Concept introduced back in 2012.

I'm suspicious of anything that looks like an Artist's Deception. However, based on the actual pictures of the refreshed 2017 Panamera, I'd say it's gorgeous. Looking forward to learning what Porsche will do to this variant.

Everything about the Sport Turismo concept is spot on and beautifully executed. Aggressive yet elegant. No cliché kamikaze slices through the body and exaggerated, overly done grills. No shaped exhaust finishers with round holes showing through. Just pure, tasteful flowing lines with practicality built in. Hats off to the Porsche design team. Just my opinion ...

To me this looks ugly. Reminds me of Chrystler Pacifica.
