Guaranteed Hoonage - Flyin' Miata Shovels A 525 HP V8 Into A Miata!
In the small town of Palisade, Colorado, there is a shop going by the name of Flyin’ Miata. Keeping true to its name, the mad scientists in Palisade have swapped the SkyActiv-G 2.0 from an ND MX-5 with a honking great LS3 small-block V8 from a C6 Corvette.

Pure genius.

This would be a hoot to drive, but definitely dangerous for anyone that has not had performance driving training.

I would wonder too if they did any structural reinforcements in addition to the mechanical mods.

I definitely would love to have this Miata.

There is a guy in England who redid a Miata to make it look vaguely like a cross between a TVR Tuscan and Sagaris and I want the kit.

I've said to several TVR crazies that TVR should do another "Tina" i.e. borrow another vehicle and do a makeover. A Miata with a V6 Ecoboost and outrageous styling could make a perfect model below the new Griffith.
