2017 Kia Optima Hybrid - EFFICIENCY WITHOUT COMPROMISE
The 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid and its Plug-in counterpart are coming to the retail stores around the world this summer, bringing high efficiency and elegant styling. Let’s see what this high-efficiency sedan has to offer.
We always like a good hybrid here. Not to take anything away from the Prius, but it lacks in certain areas where it really shouldn’t. The hybrid part is great but the rest of the car not so much. Sure it may have reliability under its belt but the exterior is dull and calling the interior bland would be generous. No, we’re talking about a proper hybrid, with all the amenities of something like an entry-level luxury car.

This article sucks, no specs?

2017 Accord Hybrid: 212HP, 48 MPG -> $30,000 base, $34,000 with leather and premium stereo.

If best performance bang for the efficiency buck is your priority, then the 2017 Accord is the choice. BUT the 2017 Optima has a better infotainment system for sure, and that's about it.

Where to start?

I am really thinking of getting the Accord Hybrid. I don't know if i am willing to make a few compromises. 1. The trunk space is small. It is bigger than the previous Hybrid they had but still small. 2. There is no spare tire.
If anyone has driven the car or has any experience, please chime in.
