SPIED: The All-New, Seven-Seat Land Rover Discovery Is Snapped Wearing Next To NOTHING
If you’re a material girl in this material world, there’s a good chance that you’ve been eyeing a Land Rover Range Rover. They’re large and in charge sport-utility vehicles. And while there’s quite a few celebrities with them, we don’t think that’s the huge driver between females and the rugged SUV.

We have an idea but we’re going to keep that in our back pocket.

While Range Rovers desirability is through the roof, the reality is that these vehicles cost an arm and a leg. And because Jaguar Land Rover knows it has  more demand than supply, the company isn’t too keen on being price competitive or simply giving the things away. We can't blame them — it does have to prop up Jaguar.

What we’ve been waiting for is a replacement for the ridiculously out of date Land Rover LR4. Wouldn’t you know it, the all-new Discovery is almost here. Though we’ve been keeping an eye on it in recent months, the latest batch of photos are quite excellent. That’s because the Discovery is seen on the street with no camouflage on. Sure it’s got an interesting wrap to throw off prying eyes but it’s pretty clear what the production vehicle will look like.

If Land Rover doesn’t botch the interior, it may just be ready to snap up sales from the all-new Audi Q7, Volvo XC90 and BMW X5.

Let us know what you think of these all-new spy shots!

I'd choose the XC90. I do not like LR's Discovery designs (including the Disco Sport).

A bit disappointed here. They should have retained the harder core off-road look for the Discovery. I am sure it will out perform any other luxury SUV off-road except maybe the Merc G wagon, but it is just not looking the part any more...

Yeah, I'd be more interested to see what they did to the interior.

It's not ugly but LR/RR is doing a one-look-different-sizes styling approach that is unimaginative and boring when all is said and done.

Not really what I would choose or approve design-wise. It loses the flavour that Discovery/LR4 models have always had. A trip to the corner store becomes a Safari. This could be a Hyundai. Land Rover DNA is AWOL.
