2018 Nissan Z Car

2018 Nissan Z Car
When talking about Nissan Z models there is always a lot to say, but at this point, not much is known about new Z model. A couple of years ago one of the Nissan directors mentioned that 370Z is going to get a successor and that the new car will come with many engines to choose, depending on your market. It was also mentioned that Nissan’s next Z car will be a plug-in hybrid with the turbocharged 2.0-liter engine. The rumors didn’t stop there but continued on by saying that new 2018 Nissan Z will be smaller in size and will have less weight than 370Z. Design wise there was the word about ’return to the roots’ with Datsun 240Z being the mentioned model. Now, let’s take a look at how could the ’New Z’ look like.

Just so much unnecessary crap going on with Japanese designs these days, specifically Nissan, Toyota, and Lexus. Enough already, please. Then again, people are buying it, so I guess people like it.

The next Z should borrow heavily from the stylistic perfection of the 240Z and should spawn several variations.

240Z / 4 cylinder turbo $25K
370Z / V6 $30K
450Z / V6 turbo $40K

Could not agree more, if the article is correct they can write the new Z off before they waste anymore money. I also think with the SUV craze an awd ZX makes sense as well. A sort of SUV Rally car mix using some of the old 240Z styling touches as well.

Is it necessary to have this weird-ass design on the Z also. The entire lineup looks like this, the Z could use something different
