 Is this a new 2018 Infiniti Q70?
The 2018 Infinity Q70 is practically around the corner, and yet we know next to nothing about it, at least not for sure. Here is what we’ve got.

Do you mean QX70. The Q70 is a sedan. This appears to be a crossover.

As usual, Mischely/lana82/DabbyMr is a colossal f**king idiot. You are correct, but they are even more far off.

As someone that has some connections to Nissan Motor Co. and insight to their development activities, this is not even the QX70 specifically. The next QX70 (née FX) is already designed and frozen for 2018 production (doesn't refer to model year).

This is due next year, as this is the next QX50 (née EX), but might be shown in a guise similar to that of the NAIAS 2002 FX45 concept in Paris. It is partly being developed and manufactured in Mexico, as well as a revolutionary redesign over the current J50 QX50.

Very pretty. For those of us that don't have the budget to go Alfieri...

Isn't the Alfieri a 2+2 sport coupe? I don't see the comparison between an Infiniti large CUV and that car.

Well clearly you are unaware Tom that Mischely is not only a slimy spam-bot and a fraud, but that they have the model wrong. This is the smaller QX50 replacement, which will be built in Aguascalientes, Mexico and currently being partly developed and tested in Mexico.

Right. Possibly the next QX70. Wasn't this concept shown earlier this year or late last year? Anyhoo...the FX/QX is waaaaaaay overdue for a much-needed design re-vamp.

Nissan/Infiniti better offer the right engine options too. A top trim Red Sport version should be offered...along with a twin-turbo V8 version.

I have said so many times this year, that this is the next QX50 (née EX37, EX30d) even before the QX Sport Inspiration Concept debuted in late April.

The QX70 redesign is coming, but not for roughly two years. The final design was frozen quite awhile ago, but you will not see it until 2018. The QX50 will arrive next year, as by comparison the final design was approved 2 years ago in mid-2014.

The J50 has been around since Q3 2007 (initially) as the EX35, while the S51 has been in production since March 2008 (initially) as the FX.

Mischely, lana82, DabbyMr and one other username I must be forgetting, are the same entity. I refuse to call them a "person", as they do not deserve any iota of respect.

Why is it that you seem to be the only regular on Auto Spies that can see through their BS, yet everyone else fails to read between the lines and allow their (lana82 & etc) regurgitated crap to sink into their brains?

I cringe at the abundance and increase of their blogbot style articles on this site and it pains me even more when other posters fail to not only notice the fraudulent authors, but fail to critically address discontent with their presence and fallacious writing.

As an automotive engineer with global affiliations, I wouldn't call Auto Spies the paragon of automotive journalism, but feel the calibre of this site tanked significantly since these idiots hijacked this site.

The worldwide search engines have suffered the past 5 years in regards to research on legitimate automotive news, with the advent of these stupid Engrish write-ups that take advantage of and mislead gullible enthusiasts curious about the future of the industry.

I hate how across many forums and people I meet offline, that present to me dubious information from the likes of lana82 via their spam news websites. They need to be called out for what they are and stamped out of here, but we cannot do it alone. Agent001 needs to awake and take notice. Readers either need to steer clear of their submissions or again, loudly call them out. Stop entertaining their BS as legitimate submissions.
