WEIRD And WONDERFUL: What Do YOU Do When THIS Slithers Out From Under Your Hood?

In my years behind the wheel I've seen some pretty weird things happen. Though I've seen some oddities, I have to say that this one may take the cake.

That's because a Floridian recently had a bit of a surprise under his vehicle's hood.

While driving, Tim Mokwa was greeted by a six-foot long, black snake. Though I know snakes and crocodiles are the norm in Florida, I don't think this is your typical happening.

So, what do YOU do when this happens? Easy. You pull into the nearest Walmart parking lot and start taking video. I mean, it's not like the snake can go into the cockpit, right?

We think Mokwa better hope not.

That said, we're curious: What would YOU do in this type of situation? Is it the snake's car now? Do you take pictures? Do you get out and try to remove the snake? What's your move, Spies?


A Florida man got an unexpected surprise after a 6-foot-long snake popped out of the hood of his car while he was driving along a busy highway.

Tim Mokwa said he was heading home on U.S. Highway 19 in Dunedin when the snake appeared right in front of his windshield.

Mokwa immediately pulled into a Walmart parking lot and recorded video on his phone of the long black snake slithering around on his hood...

Beautiful snake, would have hoped he would catch it and take it somewhere remote to let it go. Could be a black rat snake or an Indigo snake. Hard to tell from the short video.
