SPIED: BEST Pics Yet Of The 2017 Audi S3 — Agent 001 Goes To The Carolinas To Bring The Latest Audi To You
It was not too long ago that Agent 001 pinged me telling me that he'd soon be heading for the Carolinas. Considering that many of these press junkets are held on the west coast, I didn't expect any manufacturer to host an event in the south.
I was wrong.

Arriving in Raleigh just the other day, I wasn't sure what 001 would experience. But from the looks of these photos, it appears that Audi has kept the 2017 model year A3 and S3 up to date when it comes to its infotainment and instrument panel.
To see exactly what I am talking about, scope out the images below. Though the S3's exterior looks largely the same, note the interior changes.

"… I didn't expect any manufacturer to host an event in THE DIRTY SOUTH."
What exactly is the reason for this gratuitous insult?

Calm down. That is slang terminology and is not meant to be offensive in tone.

Be that as it may to say "I didn't expect any manufacturer to host an event in the south." is a bit of a snub as is "I wasn't sure what 001 would experience..." The South is know for it hospitality and for car fanatics miles and miles of roads that are a delight to drive. Using a slang term that has the potential to offend is an error in this day and time but to say it was not intended as an offense does not remove the offense.

It's a term of endearment used in music by locals. Let's stay on topic about the product.
And, neither 001 or I have been to Raleigh. Of course we had no idea what to expect. That's not a bad thing, simply stating the obvious.
