2018 Bentley Continental GT Convertible – News and Updates

The prototype for the 2018 Bentley Continental GT Convertible is being developed and you can see the spy photos of the new model.

The convertible is supposed to go on sale at the same time as the new coupe and that is sometime next year. However, it wouldn’t be too surprising if the company decided to launch coupe first and wait some time before they come with the convertible.

Anybody else share my observation that "goodies" from the VW group might slow down to a trickle, once everything in the pipeline gets launched?

I'm pretty sure that VW is going to need to slash R&D budgets to plug the "cash hole" created by the Diesel settlements.

I think lean times are coming for everything in the VW group.

I agree with you, but I think their real problem is the massive product duplication and market overlap between SEAT, Skoda, and VW. They need one brand not three in the bottom feeder segment. Next factor in how VW steps on Audi's price points. VW needs to be relegated well below Audi with ZERO overlap. Audi need to be below Porsche and Lamborghini with ZERO overlap.
