BMW X7 To Go Bentley Bentayga Hunting With Ultra-Luxurious 4-Seat Version
Besides the 7-seat variant, which will target the Mercedes-Benz GLS and Range Rovers, BMW's upcoming flagship SUV, the X7, will also gain an ultra luxurious model with individual seating for four.

Expected to compete against similar versions from Range Rover and even the Bentley Bentayga, the X7 for four will not only offer more space for the two rear passengers, but will also set itself apart from the seven-seater model with a more upscale cabin, and a tweaked exterior. According to AutoNews, BMW executives said it will be priced under $200,000 and will represent roughly 1 percent of all X7 sales.

I suspect the X7 will be more aimed at the Escalade buyer/segment than the truly laughable Bentiguanishi'a.

Interesting segment for BMW , and desperate to see the execution of the project and pretty sure it is going to be great as always.

Again - an attempt to compare cars of different Strata.
The fact is - BMW is a mass market car manufacturer - while Bentley is an Exotic - Ultra - Luxury level. BMW tries to compete with Mercedes - but really only does at the small sports sedan level - while Bentley competes with Rolls Royce. Maybach - an attempt by Mercedes to compete with Rolls/Bentley - while it may produce a superior car - doesn't when it comes to the panache that only Rolls and Bentley have.

Then again the Bentayga is just an Audi Q7 made ugly.
