Chevrolet Going Super Aggressive With 2018 Corvette ZR1

At long last, Chevy’s engineers have peeled off the black vinyl covers, allowing us a much clearer view of the front end of the upcoming Corvette ZR1.

Aggressive doesn’t even begin to describe it, as the new bumper with lip spoiler and the bulge on the hood that’s surrounded by substantial air vents bring to mind a race car rather than something that’s actually street legal.

Super Aggressive? I call this styling Super Predictable. Everybody and their uncle is doing the same "fashion du jour" -- design-by-rule straight lines, sharp creases, lookit-me-I-got-LED overly-stylized headlights (because they can), and so on. This stuff will date about as well in a decade as mesh shirts did from the 1980s.
