I'm not MB's biggest fan and think she is in over her head at GM, but this is a great move. I've met her multiple times and she was CHRO of GM so she understands the barriers to hiring. To run a global company like the ones listed takes tremendously smart, talented people. I applaud the creation of this panel as job creation = income tax paying American Citizens. The more tax payers the more people working to improve their own lives and their families which = a healthier nation. It should also mean lower welfare and food stamp handouts and free ObamaPhones. Keep the excellent moves coming Trump, first Carrier, then Mad-Dog, now this...I cant wait until next week!

@mdarringer the more of your posts I read, the more i realize how clueless and biased you are. Mary Barra has done a great job of changing the corporate culture at GM in just 3 years and she has aligned GM with where the industry is heading. GM is the best run auto maker of the big three, and Mary Barra certainly is one of the people that needs to be on this panel.

@malba2367 The unintelligent cannot "get" sarcasm or absurdity. They live in a world of literalness and are easily swayed by rhetorical pissings segmented into catchy commercials. I forgive you for not being the sharpest tool in the shed.

As for bias, anyone who says he is not biased is a liar. Psychologically EVERY person has bias, but many are (1) afraid to express it or (2) have their opinions challenged.

LOL I don't sell cars I manage/co-manage several automotive businesses. Stop getting all snively when someone tells you the truth.

Never trust lying Darringer. One day he tells you he owns the business, the next week he tells us he is a business partner, and now he only "manages" them. And he doesn't do that very well since he continually demonstrated he is ignorant of automotive customer base and how a business should be operated. He's just a Hylobatidae with a keyboard and no life.

Terry989 You're such a hateful person to the core. If you own a business and do not manage it, you will soon not have a business.

"You're such a hateful person" - - - how hypocritical and total meaningless coming from the 2nd most hateful person on this site (next to Bob - your long lost father). Do you really need me to re-post all of your hateful attacks on just about every one on this site just because your Meth addicted brain can no longer recall past events.

You clearly have no capability to look beyond the showroom floor you work on, and mentally process the big picture. Instead of questioning my intelligence why don't you go try to sell some more paint protection packages...
