Dodge To Offer $35,000 V6 Powered AWD Challenger GT Early Next Year

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV early next year will release an all-wheel-drive Dodge Challenger starting at about $35,000.

The automaker will begin production of the 2017 Dodge Challenger GT at its Oshawa Assembly plant in January, followed by nationwide vehicle availability at dealerships in February or March. Sticker price starts at $34,490, including a $1,095 destination charge.

I wonder if the drivetrain can take the power of a Hemi.

It will be interesting to see if this makes the Challenger less of a pig at the track for handling.

Dodge wimped out on not including V8. Sales of this model likely to be modest. Money would have been better spent on accelerating next generation Challenger rather than delaying it.
