#NAIAS: TEASED! Mercedes-Benz Gives Us Just A TASTE Of Its All-New E-Class COUPE
Over the past couple of years it's been a lot of fun watching Mercedes-Benz pull itself back together. The legendary German automaker was once known for its incredibly well-built vehicles that were teutonic and show stopping.

And then it all seemed to go away.

In the early 2000s, the company just couldn't get its act together. The styling didn't work, reliability was problematic and it seemed a lot of buyers went over to Audi and BMW. Oh, how times change.

Now, Mercedes is producing some of the most exciting products and it seems like it can't do any wrong. The latest car in the fleet is the all-new E-Class luxury sedan. While it features some of the best technology and is an impressive vehicle, we're more intrigued by the coupe variant.

That's because most other enthusiasts are as well.

The company just issued a teaser video via its Instagram account. Click "Read Article," below to see the teaser clip.

We expect the full details and photos to drop on December 14. Stay tuned, Spies!

The wait is over. The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupé will debut at @naiasdetroit.

A little tame looking, but tasteful nevertheless.

The new E-Class will be the goldilocks of Mercedes-Benz coupes. Not too small like the C-Class coupe and not too large like the S-Class coupe.

BMW's 6-Series Coupe will be facing very stiff competition from this Mercedes-Benz product.

Indeed and with Mercedes being the ultimate driving machine much more than BMW these days, this should easily be the leader of the mod-sized, German-coupe trio.

Yikes, I was hoping Mercedes would eliminate the divider on the rear quarter window, but alas, it's still there (unless it's a perfect reflection)

It's there so the rear windows can roll down.

Yes, I know why it's there but it mars a nicely designed greenhouse/roofline.

Mercedes is on a roll and BMW must be holding only onto its die-hard fans
